Teacher Course Academy Terms of Use

By purchasing and/or accessing Teacher Course Academy (“TCA”) and its materials, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

Copyright & Ownership

All Teacher Course Academy materials, including but not limited to videos, lessons, tutorials, workbooks, worksheets, templates, guides, frameworks, examples, graphics, downloads, written content, and other materials provided as part of Teacher Course Academy, are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a single-user license to access and use these materials for your own personal and business purposes in accordance with the terms below.

Purchasing Teacher Course Academy does not transfer ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights in the course or its materials to you.

What You MAY Do

You may:

• Use the strategies, methods, frameworks, and information taught within Teacher Course Academy to plan, create, market, launch, and sell your own original course or educational program.

• Apply what you learn within Teacher Course Academy to your own business.

• Complete and customize provided worksheets, planning documents, and other materials for your own personal or business use.

• Use TCA templates and planning tools as a starting point for developing your own course, provided the original TCA materials themselves are not shared, sold, or distributed.

• Create your own original course materials, lessons, resources, presentations, workbooks, marketing materials, and other content based on the knowledge and strategies you learn within the program.

• Use the skills and knowledge you gain through Teacher Course Academy in connection with courses or educational products you sell commercially.

Your enrollment in Teacher Course Academy is intended to help you develop your own original course, content, and business assets. You retain ownership of the original content and intellectual property you independently create for your own business.

What You MAY NOT Do

You may not:

• Sell, share, distribute, reproduce, give away, or otherwise provide access to any original Teacher Course Academy materials.

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute TCA videos, lessons, tutorials, worksheets, workbooks, templates, guides, downloads, graphics, or other course materials.

• Resell or distribute TCA templates, worksheets, frameworks, planning documents, or other materials, whether modified or unmodified.

• Upload or share Teacher Course Academy materials through shared drives, websites, social media, groups, email, file-sharing services, memberships, course platforms, or any other method.

• Share your course login, course links, downloads, or access information with another person.

• Claim Teacher Course Academy materials, templates, frameworks, lessons, or other proprietary content as your own creation.

• Copy TCA lessons, scripts, written materials, presentations, worksheets, or instructional content for use within your own course, workshop, membership, coaching program, or other paid or free product.

• Use Teacher Course Academy materials to create a competing course, workshop, membership, training program, template collection, or other product that reproduces or teaches the Teacher Course Academy curriculum or provides participants with TCA materials.

• Record, download, reproduce, or redistribute course videos or other content except where downloads are specifically provided for your individual use.

• Transfer, sublicense, sell, or give your Teacher Course Academy license or access to another person or business.

Creating Your Own Courses

Teacher Course Academy is designed to teach you the process of creating, marketing, and selling your own course. You are encouraged to use the knowledge, skills, strategies, and concepts you learn within the program to build your own course business.

However, participating in Teacher Course Academy does not give you permission to copy or redistribute the Teacher Course Academy curriculum itself.

Your course should reflect your own expertise, experience, ideas, examples, teaching, branding, and original content. While you may implement strategies and processes you learn through TCA, you may not reproduce TCA lessons, materials, worksheets, templates, scripts, presentations, or other proprietary content and present them as part of your own program.

Templates, Worksheets & Downloads

Any templates, worksheets, planners, checklists, guides, or other downloadable materials provided through Teacher Course Academy are licensed for your individual use only, unless a specific resource explicitly states otherwise.

You may customize and complete these materials for your own business and course-development process.

You may not sell, distribute, share, sublicense, or provide the original TCA materials to your customers, students, clients, colleagues, employees, contractors, or other third parties.

Individual Access

Your Teacher Course Academy purchase and license are for one individual user only.

Course access and materials may not be shared with colleagues, friends, business partners, team members, employees, contractors, clients, students, or other individuals.

Each individual who wishes to access Teacher Course Academy must obtain their own license or enrollment.

Intellectual Property You Create

These Terms of Use do not give The Thriving Teacher Inc. ownership of the original courses, products, resources, branding, marketing materials, or other intellectual property you independently create as a result of participating in Teacher Course Academy.

You are free to create, market, and sell your own courses and products using the skills and knowledge you gain through the program, provided you do not reproduce, distribute, or improperly use Teacher Course Academy's copyrighted or proprietary materials.
